Year 2009 going to the end soon, I have achieved what I desire through this year of 2009 and it has been a challenging year for me since I have found my direction towards my future goals. Over the past 10 months, I had put more time, effort and dedication on something that I never discover before. Honestly, I have just graduated from my training industry. And now, I am quite ready to do business.
While everyone is expecting for economic improvement next year, there are measures that business and finance sector can take part of their roles to increase the chances of success. Hopefully year 2010 will bring economic growth and recovery, but most businessman and marketers know that they can’t afford to wait and see what happens. Now it’s the time for us to find some ways to generate improvements for ourselves.
For most of the company, year 2009 hasn’t been the greatest year. Many experts argued that we’ve just passed through 1 of the worst years in the economic history. However, I think most of the people would take that as their experiences and need to do build the foundation for a great comeback year in 2010. I have my own plan already. So, what’s your plan?
My Personal Budget 2010: What Will Happen In My Year 2010?
1. Buy A New Car - It’s pretty regularly from my friends asking me which car, from my perspective, is my dream car. I have set my goals to get a dream car but won’t come so fast, and convinced that will own it once I have own family and decent house. I will use my tertiary income to pay for the monthly installment.
2. Startup Own Business - No matter what kind of job you’re looking for or you’re working for, there’s must be a dateline out there. Successful men always looking for own business. It might not be 100% success in business but for me, I will dare to try as I feel that “Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion”. Plus, I am still young and it’s good for me to explore more business opportunities.
3. Increase Online Income – There is simply no new technology that is worth investing in. So, I will be more putting own effort to generate automated business. I have promised myself 2 years from now onwards; I will have multiple income sources just from Internet. I want to stabilize my blog income at least US$1000 per month and keep maintaining at least 3000 unique visitors per day.
4. Buy Rented Property – This is the things that I am very sure about for next year, with the condition that there are no more economic or financial tsunami. As I known, the demand for property is likely to continue to rise at the start of the year. I am finding some good location, which is near to university and industry area. Besides, there must have good infrastructure system as a convenient way for those student or foreigner who are looking for room. I will use my current secondary income as a backup if the property is not rented successfully.
Try to learn from the lesson of year 2009 and what you need to consider now is how important it is to move now. For those men who aged 25 and above, move to a retirement plan is a good value at the moment and you are likely to be able to retire very soon.
